About Me
In 15 years of working with high-achieving adults, I’ve found that the people who seem to have it most together are often carrying the most privately—the pressure to keep performing, making decisions, holding responsibility, and the quiet exhaustion that doesn’t show up on the outside.
I’m a psychotherapist based in San Francisco and New York, working with professionals, creatives, and high-achieving individuals across tech, finance, law, the arts, and other demanding fields. Many of my clients are navigating success across cultures, identities, or roles—managing visible achievement while privately questioning, pushing, or carrying more than others realize.
Raised in Japan and trained in the U.S., I offer therapy in both English and Japanese, working with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, across California, and in New York. With a multicultural perspective, I’m especially attuned to questions of identity, ambition, and belonging, and to supporting high-performers with stress, perfectionism, burnout, and the isolation that can come with leadership.
My approach is collaborative and insight-driven. Together, we look at patterns, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and turn that understanding into something practical. Often, the most productive thing is slowing down long enough to really see what’s going on. This is a space to finally catch up with yourself.
In addition to my private practice, I partner with Modern Health to support employees at global organizations.
I am deeply passionate about integrative holistic healing, staying centered through yoga, dance, and gardening. An avid international traveler, I thrive on exploring new cultures and perspectives.
